For personal reasons we stayed 20 nights in the Munay - most travellers only stay a few days as they move on to new areas. We found the staff extremely friendly and helpful, way beyond the call of duty. When they noticed I had brought my laptop and was working in the room, next day a desk and chair appeared in the room for me. Then when they noticed that we were trying to keep drinks cool in the room, a refrigerator appeared! Night or day they were always happy to provide hot water at no charge for us to make cups of tea or coffee in the room, and we ended with a personal set of plates, cutlery, cups, saucers and Thermos in the room. The hotel was exceptionally clean and very good value: furniture and decor is far from new, but all perfectly serviceable and more than acceptable at the price. The room was spacious, the aircon worked well and there really is nothing we could complain about except the noisy extractor fan in the bathroom and occasional shortage of hot water for the shower.

This hotel/hostal represents good value.
There were many inconsiderate people who made quite a bit of noise, but that's not the hotel's fault. You find these kind of people everywhere.
I wish I had known ahead of time that they do not accept credit cards. This created a little bit of a headache.

Por ser fiestas navideñas nos dijeron que el hotel cerraba de 23:00hs. a 5:00am. y que no podríamos ingresar entre esos horarios. Baño incomodo con papel higiénico usado, colchones antiguos, incómodos y gastados. La cochera se cobra por aparte.
