Nuevo Hotel Misiones

This room was far from what the adverts showed. The shower trickled. In a nutshell avoid this place.

The strength of this hotel was the nice help staff, and its location downtown. Just about everything was provided with the room, except water. The breakfast is the basic tea/coffee, toasts/cereals. Its downtown location means that it can also be noisy at night, especially on the weekends, but nevertheless, it was fine for my needs

It was a basic accommodation since most of my stay days were spent out. The walls are a little thin and with the corridor right outside, I could heard guests clearly at 1am. The breakfast had a good spread but must be there early. The location is great. It's off the Main Street yet close enough without the hussle and bustle.

It was a time losing disaster from beginning to end. When I arrived mid afternoon the hotel door was locked and I had to wait to get in.After looking for a good 10 mins. The receptionist, Miriam, did not have any reservation for me. I said you must I had a confirmation and guarantee.She said that was impossible. We spent 15 minutes on this.I said let me logon and Ill show you the email The hotel internet wifi wasnt working. after another 15 minutes we had an internet connection and showed her my reservation. She said we do not work with them anymore but they keep sending them.I had reserved jul 10 and then Jul 11. I did not stay in the hotel Jul 10 and she had no reservation for me. She said the hotel was full and I had no reservation. I said I would pay cash for the room and then she was able to find that miserable room across form recption. I could rite more but I dont have more time. I hope you can refund me the Jul 10 rate I paid for a room but did not stay. R Smeds The room was awful, a lot of noise,, with poor lighting, no plug for internet, when you sat on the toilet you had to put your feet in the shower. When Ichecked out and asked the girl to reserve the airport van she said her phone wasnt working ,you can just go there.

This hotel is actually a hostel that offers a few hotel-type rooms (i.e. with in-suite bathroom). It is fine if you just want to crash for a night or two after a long day of walking and exploring. Otherwise, it is hardly a 1-star facility. The nice picture only shows you the room, however some details left out of the picture are as follows: Stains on the bed covers, old chipped night stands, missing tiles in the bathroom, old doors and windows, L-shaped basic shower polyethylene curtain, old air conditioner with some of the "grill" (directing the air flow) parts broken, etc.

The rooms are dirty and they don't change your towels often, no AC only on your rooms is hard to enjoy vacation when is 105' and you don't have AC in the hotel. The staff is nice but the sheets smells. if there is a power outage they don't have a generator like it happened to us. In our case no AC in the whole hotel nor lights. Horrible go somewhere else

Sin agua caliente, sin calefaccion. Por suerte la cama muy comoda. Baño: muy malo sino fuese xq estaba limpio. La gente q trabaja muy servicial en todo momento.

Hotel muy viejo y descuidado. La habitación con un cuarto de baño incomodisimo. Sin plato se llena todo de agua. El primer día sin agua caliente. El cuarto con ventana alta que daba a un patio que emitía humos de cocina. El personal al menos muy atento.

Iguazu es un lugar maravilloso , pero el hotel misiones deja mucho que desear , las personas que atienden no manejan información de traslados y precios que ellos mismo cambian constantemente a las habitaciones.El agua en las duchas es escasa. En general el trato no es bueno.

Buen servicio

O hotel é bem antigo. Banheiro horrível. Chuveiro frio e pouca água. Toalhas moças. Cheiro forte de produtos quimicoa para disfarçar o cheiro de mofo. Café da manhã muito simples. Sem opções. Achei caro demais pela serviço oferecido. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos.

Ficamos 1 noite apenas, para descanso e algumas compras de vinhos. Hotel bem localizado no centro de Puerto Iguazú. Hotel antigo, mas para dormir e tomar uma ducha, está ok!

Comoda y economica

El personal del hotel son buenos, el hotel esta inhabitable, no hay agua caliente, las habitaciones sucias, las sabanas y tuallas rotas. Pesimo hotel
