Divi Village All Inclusive Villas

Love, love, loved it here!!!! The food was great, there was shuttle service around the property, the rooms were big, spacious and luxurious with beautiful ocean views!!! See you again next year!!!

Beautiful property, amazing staff,,unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back to Divi Village Golf & Beach. We had the absolute best time and can’t wait to go back. The food was delicious, I think our favorite dinner was at Bar Tapas, though all the food was great. We cannot wait to go back!

The meals and staff were outstanding especially at Mulligans restaurant. Food and staff service and ambiance was outstanding !

Everyone at the resort was polite and friendly, and the food was excellent.

Beach was fantastic. Restaurants on the property were top notch (esp windows (Italian) and mulligans. Drinks were great at the restaurant themselves. Only downside was that the drinks as part of the other all inclusive divi resorts were not great. Like if you went to the regular divi all inclusive or tamarin properties that were part of your all inclusive- drinks were not great. Try to use the restaurants at the divi village golf resort property

The property is keep nice and the grounds are beautiful. The rooms have a musty smell that needs to be addressed. Restaurants are family friendly and the food at Mulligans, the infinity pool and sea breeze is very good.

The resort is ok..my room was great..over 900 sqr feet, complete kitchen, washer dryer, 2 bathrooms, eatingarea n living room with out lounge area in the back overlooking the golf course n lake. There is very little to do on the resort other than eating, drinkng n swimming..u have utilize their other resorts for shows, shopping, casino....u can use the other resorts pools n anenities but u have to pay for drinks n food....also close to the beach. Al in all..nice trip.

Great place to stay for the family and plenty for everyone to do! First time of many more to return!

All inclusive was a joke. Includes barely anything. Boring resort and rude staff.

Expedia fraudulently sold us a package deal that was no longer in effect. We paid basically for the mega all inclusive and when we got there and got checked into our hotel we told that that package deal had expired and been changed since November 2024 and since we bought the package in March 2025, we did not have access to the seven restaurants on the property like it stated in my Expedia booking. I have been fighting with Expedia for the last day and a half trying to get a partial refund because they did not change the information on their website. They keep trying to push it off to the resort and the resort is refusing as well. Two big ass roaches ended up in our room and we had to get housekeeping to spray. We were stuck eating at only three restaurants for the six days that we were there and if we wanted to eat somewhere else on the property, we were told that we were going to have to pay another $75 per person in order to do so. Not sure if I’m ever going to use Expedia anymore in the future as they are having a hard time taking the blame for this situation. My husband and I spent way too much money to get gypped like this. I have already reached out to the Better Business Bureau and I’m also filing a complaint with the FCC. Expedia should not be able to sell packages that are no longer valid. But we the customers would not know anything until the package is bought and we’re checking in to the resort. Needless to say my very first time going to Aruba was ruined by this.

Everyone was very kind. The staff treated each individual for their own needs. Which made me feel at home.

It's not totally all inclusive anymore and the wait staff knows who is and who isn't by your wristband. They will make you wait for a long time if they have paying customers vs all inclusive ones. You have to constantly chase down towels and other amenities. They tried charging a 12yr old kid $100 for their supplied wristband that's made of ribbon that deteriorated in their pool. They are so worried about people scamming them and they should be taking care of the ones who actually paid. Read all the reviews before you go. Note: all inclusive is not all the resorts anymore unless you get their mega package which is a complete ripoff. ZERO STARS!!! Stay at the Riu, Barcelo or Holiday inn if you want all inclusive.

We just returned from a stay at Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort, we reserved four rooms. While there were certainly some highlights, the experience was mixed overall. The Good: The food was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and with a great variety at the restaurants and bars. The beachfront and pool areas were well-maintained and beautiful. A few standout staff members provided exceptional service — friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, service was inconsistent. Some staff members were wonderful, but too many seemed disinterested or disengaged. A smile goes a long way in hospitality, and it was noticeably lacking at times. Major Issue – Rooms: As noted in other reviews, there is a persistent musty/moldy/mildew smell in the rooms. We had four rooms across our group, and all four had the same strong odor. This wasn't a mild or occasional issue — it was present throughout our stay and made the rooms feel uncomfortable and not fresh. This is an area where Divi needs significant improvement. Cleanliness, air quality, and room maintenance should be a top priority, especially in Aruba’s climate. We had a great time in Aruba overall, but we would be hesitant to return to this resort until they address the room conditions and focus more consistently on warm, guest-centered service.

This is a great place to stay! The food was great, many pools to choose from, staff was very helpful at all times. Would definitely go back!

Divi village golf and beach resort has everything you want and need. the golf course is 9 hole and free between 10:30 & 2pm. my husband enjoyed it., the food is very good with lots to choose from. special shout out to the Seabreeze team Antionette, Manooska, and Elizabeth for great service with a smile every morning. Solange at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, checkin was a breeze, Sebastin and Kelly at Mulligans was very personable, friendly and provided great service. The infinity pool and grill were a delight. the beach was right across the street, easy access or you could get a ride there and throughout the campus. I met several families that said they come here every year and I can see why. Highly recommend, DT Aruba is only 10 minute taxi ride., Have a great vacation!!!

Terrible decision first of all hotel stuff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Second they robbing they saying welcome free gift and gave us forced us for option taking us to Divi Phoenix to listen 90 min presentation about point LET ME TELL SOMEONE IT IS ANOTHER WAY OF ROBBING PEOPLE Salesman name RUPERT he were full of shiit “ i will make you rich “ keep repeating for 7 hours taking about how good he robbing people not 90 min he knows we or vecation we were drinking alcohol he were giving us more alcohol and gave us paper contract to sign unfortunately i did big mistake singing that contract it’s cost me 32K he lied us his manager hotel manager they are liars after they said we have 5 days to cancel contract next day I tried to cancel all of suddenly no response and no one is available to help finally after making it since they took service and they trick you saying we gonna give free car there free welcome gift ob extortions omg i hope another person will not experience Divi is worse hotel I ever been will never go back Divi or Aruba there is so much bad things i wanna talk

Stay…food was good especially at Mulligans, staff were nice. You have to take a shuttle everywhere on the resort that’s why I gave 4 stars. Other then that clean resort you can take a taxi all the main attractions are close. Taxi only $10
