We stayed for two nights over the new year period. The motel was very convenient to the new year's eve fireworks, beach, Maritime Village and Lake Pertobe recreation area. It was also only a few minutes walk from Warrnambool's central shopping and dining precinct. Our room was clean, comfortable, well-appointed and a good size. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant which was lovely. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

We ended up paying extra as the room we booked had too many stairs and I had a bad knee. We took the two bedroom apartment which was very spacious and clean and an added bonus was the spa!

We got the last room for the night, it was the Budget room - 2 single beds, cosy, but very comfortable. Clean modern bathroom. Very happy with the check-in (lady doubled as our barmaid) later in the evening. Friendly, offered information about the wine, the area - wish I got her name! Would recommend.

Great tidy & clean room with new bathroom. Quite a spacious room with small table & chairs. Very pleasant to stay at with daily turn down service. We didn’t try the breakfast or restaurant. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were welcoming and accommodating from the moment we arrived. Each staff member I encountered was genuinely friendly. Raj, the owner, even greeted me by name at breakfast after only one small interaction on check in. We arrived with a trailer and they quickly arranged suitable parking for the night.
The room was exactly as pictured. My only note to travellers is the rooms are on three levels which are accessible by stairs. If you have mobility concerns it’s best to contact the hotel to ensure a ground floor room.
The onsite restaurant served a great breakfast and was very convenient!

This wasn’t just your average motel. We were warmly welcomed with the heaters already on in our room. The cosy bar and restaurant with an open fire was so good we ate there the two nights of our stay. Very conveniently located, the room was clean and spacious with a new modern bathroom. We would highly recommend.
