Rooms are small but are clean and the beds very comfortable. Great little additions like chocolates on top he bed, drinks in the fridge and breakfast cereal. Attached to the hotel so dinner options are excellent. Staff are friendly and welcoming

Staff were wonderful and helped me with some chocolates on the house after Cyndi Lauper concert when nothing else was open and I was after some midnight snacks

Good to have the restaurant right there.
Lovely waitress who helped set up our app for our discount etc. Unfortunately i didnt get her name. Very friendly and chatty.
The room set-up was perfect for what we needed. One little thing was the water pressure in the shower was not great.

Hotel was very nice, staff great, food very nice
the rooms we stayed in smaller than the pictures on web site, also in the bathroom can hear the people in the next room quite easily, but the room was clean & tidy & i liked the chocolates left on the bed

It was all good except...there were no spare blankets! There was just one thin blanket on each bed and it was a cold night. By the time we realised, which was after we went to bed, it was too late to ask for more blankets. I haven’t come across a motel before where there were no extra blankets available.

Staff are very helpful and courteous. The room had a few problems with loud noise from roof during night caused by loose metal flapping in wind. External door was not draught proofed and large gap at bottom caused the room to be cold.

A little bit of maintenance required on the property but it suited us for what we needed. If you need a coffee and a biscuit there is a tiny little place called melting moments that’s only a a couple of minutes drive. Yum

Great location and affordable. Although the down fall was the terrible water pressure and temperature of the water- needed it on straight hot to have a warm shower

Very easy to get to the wrong building. I never got to the right destination and so didn't stay. I cannot cancel whenever I am refused entry. The property decide whether they wish to accept me when I arrive, despite the fact I have sent payment online to guarantee the booking.

How can a hotel be locked up with no one available to let you in? We arrived in Brisbane at 6:00 am and took an Uber to the hotel. When we arrived it was locked up. Nobody to get a hold of and nothing around to go sit at etc. Great scam! We took an uber to another hotel that was open and welcomed us with open arms. The Brighton then charged us one night for cancelling. Total scam artists!!
Do NOT stay here ever.
