The pool is lovely. Food options to your room are amazing. Only wish you could get meals/snacks at the pool. Otherwise, simply outstanding.

Ideally located below the Story Bridge, this gem of a hotel is wonderful for a short stay in Brisbane.
We had a fantastic view of the Bridge and the City from our room and it is in easy walking distance of restaurants and the ferry stops.
The room was large; the bed extremely comfortable and the shower was fantastic although the glass screen between the bedroom and the bathroom was unusual!! There is a curtain if you want some privacy.

A very nice hotel in a terrific location. Room was nice, spacious, and had a great view. Rooftop bar was fun. Crowd below was noisy on a Friday night. Front desk staff polite and helpful. Only trouble was with the shower - the type you can’t turn on without being under the flow of water, and we were never able to figure out how to divert flow to the hand shower. Overall a good stay though.

While it may visually not be well seen the Crystalbrook Vincent is in a perfect location, dining options are a mere few steps out the front door and the views of the river are beautiful. The room was functionally designed and so comfortable, every area was clean and well thought out. Despite being under the bridge there was zero noise my entire stay and all staff were kind and friendly. It is a perfect nights stay for a weekend away or for appointments in the city. It will be my go to hotel now for Brisbane stays.

The whole area is owned by a billionaire and setup to ensnare travellers. There is no food options whatsoever for a single traveller at the rooftop restaurant and room service is severly limited.
