felt safe and it was very clean, loved the stay! The Lorne pub was a minute walk and the beach was also a very close walk! Will definitely be coming back! The rooms were massive thank you

A wonderful weekend at The Cumberland Lorne in an ocean view room. The apartment was clean and spacious, and the view was amazing. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Will be back.

The resort is the perfect spot to stay to be able to walk to the Lorne Hotel, beach, breakfast spots, restaurants and shopping. I will be staying here again soon.

sea view, just walk down special secret stairs and you are in the middle of Lorne’s bustle.
The only thing is pool was boarded off and not available for kids.

I'm sure that in it's day Cumberland Resort was top notch, but it looks very tired and desperately in need of some TLC. I felt it was extremely overpriced for the overall condition of the resort.

Location is fantastic however, the property is severely in need of a renovation. The outside appearance is as bad as i have seen and the rooms are dated with furniture from 2000.

Great location, excellent staff. This property is dated and whilst the penthouse had heaps of room and great views, the bedrooms were lit up by the lighting outside the room which made sleeping very uncomfortable.
