Currumbin Sands Holiday Apartments

My family and I truly enjoyed our time; the accommodations were excellent, the room was very comfortable, and your staff were incredibly welcoming. The primary purpose of my email, however, relates to a small issue we encountered with the parking arrangements, which I hope you can address for future guests. Upon arrival, we informed the front desk that our vehicle, with two racing paddle boards secured on the roof (valued at approximately $4,000 each), would not fit in the underground garage due to the low clearance. Your team was understanding at the time and let us know about getting a warning note. While we appreciated your parking situation, the method of applying the pass caused a significant problem. The sticker was affixed to the driver's side window with an extremely strong adhesive. Upon our departure, removing this sticker required over 20 minutes of careful scraping with a razor blade and adhesive remover to avoid damaging the glass. This was a frustrating and time-consuming end to an otherwise lovely visit. I am sure this is not the experience you intend for your guests. I would kindly suggest reviewing the type of parking passes used for vehicles that cannot access the garage. Perhaps a less permanent sticker would be a more guest-friendly solution. We stayed there for my daughters wedding. The apartments are very spacious and the pool is heated. Great for family gatherings.

Despite weather that was a wet & windy during our stay the warmed pool & spa meant we could still enjoy the outdoors. When the sun did come out, the beach & creek were just a short stroll away.

The property was great. Loved the heated pool and spa. The reception was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Close to beach and Park. There were great eating places close by. Bus stop close. We had a car 30 Minutes to Theme Parks.

Lovely apartment, helpful concierge, great location to visit family and local area

Great location, unit was a little run down but no major issues.

Great location near the beach and river, pools and spa were perfect for the kids also and very handy having the shops/eateries within easy walking distance.

The location was perfect for a relaxing family getaway, the apartment was well appointed, comfortable, and views were to die for!

The location was perfect and amazingly we stayed in a unit situated on the boardwalk so we could watch the waves rolling in,the people out walking and riding.We didn’t use either of the two pools although they looked very inviting if a little small..The apartment has an updated kitchen and lovely beachy fittings and furnishings,comfortable seating,the linens were spotless.There is no lift which was not a problem for us but if you have mobility problems it most likely would be a little difficult to get around the grounds.We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great couple of days relaxing in the apartment and by the pool. The complex has great access to the beach and estuary and the local coffee shop was excellent. The apartment was neat and had all the things that we needed. The fans and microwave were a bit dirty but apart from these the apartment was just what we needed for a couple of days out from the busyness of life.

Fantastic location. Wonderfully child friendly. Easy access to the Currumbin creek estuary as well as the surf beach. Facilities great. We have stayed there a few times now and will return again. Thank you Cindy for making everything so easy and enjoyable
