Yes the air conditioning was great.. beds were really comfy and everything was very satisfactory. I would have liked a small rubbish bin in the bathroom. On the whole it was great and we were really happy to have visited x. Thankyou.

I stay here regularly always put check in at 2pm I was disappointed that I had gone to check in at 2pm and it wasn’t ready I was told they hadn’t even started cleaning the room although I’m local I found this very disappointing as I had to unpack my car and replace it as I had food in there I ended up having to do after hour pick up as I had an event to go to it would of been nice if I got a call saying it wouldn’t be ready

Chalet was very run down, didn’t have warm bedding in the kids room - so needed to use the extra blanket from both rooms combined. Bunk bed is a hazard, a screw is missing holding the top bunch up and it’s not even connected properly. Hair was all over the shower floor when we checked in. Super dissapointing.
