Space was ok. Only 1 bathroom. Lots of bugs. Took us hrs ti kill bugs to sleep. Floor wasn't very clean. Should have kept shoes on.

Beautiful tranquil & quiet location close to the town of fMargaret River. Great self-contained accommodation. Staff welcoming and very helpful.

Said on website stocked lake with trout but when we got there said don’t think there’s any fish in the lake it’s not be stocked with any.main reason booked to stay was for the fishing!

Beautiful property which was so clean and welcoming. Stayed in rammed earth chalet. Everything we needed. Gas fire was great.

Great location for wineries. New chalets are great and lovely grounds. Would have been nice to have more than one bath towel per person supplied without having to request. Check in and check out staff member seemed quite disinterested and didn’t seek any feedback. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Very good. From the moment you drive in and leaving all was wonderfull. Rooms are great with a hydro bath. 20 mins either direction to main towns. Peaceful and quite.

Received extremely poor customer service by the FOH staff (Yvette & Dana) shortly after checking in. Walked into our room to find the couch broken and in an unusable state and the room only partly cleaned. Yvette & Dana were extremely unhelpful and dismissive. The BOH head cleaner (Bec) was extremely helpful and a great problem solver. She had us in our new room about an hour and a half after checking in. This was our 3rd time staying at the Retreat and couldn't believe how unhelpful the FOH staff were. Wasted 90 precious minutes until Bec was able to get us in a room that was fit for purpose. Very disappointing way to start our vacation. Upon checkout 2 days later, the FOH staff on this occasion was the very experienced Peter, who was actually working his last day at the Retreat. He was great, apologetic and had the empathy to understand why we were upset and disappointed at the state of the room, and more importantly, as to why we were upset at the treatment that we received from the FOH staff Yvette and Dana.

Excellent well appointed accommodation in a quiet location close to Margaret River and Busselton. Full kitchen, lovely bathroom with spa, comfortable bed, and chromecast for streaming. Would recommend and stay again.

Eight Willows Retreat offers beautifully maintained grounds, friendly and helpful staff, a lovely location for couples or families. We enjoyed our stay!

Situated in a lovely quiet location within easy driving distance to all the attractions.

Me and my partner absolutely loved it here that we even decided to stay an extra night. So sad we have to head back home! The scenery is completely beautiful and it’s close to lots of fun places, we went to the Amaze’n and played mini golf and had fun exploring Busselton had a yummy meal at the settlers tavern enjoyed some delicious burgers from baby burger and visited adorable farm animals at country life farm. Will definitely be coming back! 10/10 - would recommend!
