Great stop over motel for a roadtrip from Sydney to Gold Coast. So many large vehicles made packing tight and tricky but those who were considerate of others helped.
Rooms very basic but had all that is required for a stop over. Water pressure and heat in shower was awesome!

This is a very comfortable hotel we stayed in room 7 The air-conditioning was wonderful our sleep was remarkable after 7 hours of driving.
The bed was comfortable i connected the television to wifi was like been at home.
The shower was hot & very refreshing.
Has a table and chairs to sit and eat& jug microwave
Older style ceiling fan when turned on to full throttle its like small Tornado in the room
Next door is a service station, MacDonald's only klm down the road.
The hotel looks like its been there since the 1950s is in remarkable condition.
Obviously been renovated.
I would definitely stay here again.
I fail to understand why there would be any bad reviews.

The room was clean and tidy. Nothing fancy but everything you need and well priced. I particularly like the gentleman on the front desk. It was late but he was still very welcoming and we were thirsty and he had cheap drinks available. Very helpful.

Surprised although older style it was clean & comfortable friendly check in.
Dinner at restaurant was delicious and prices were very reasonable. The saying goes "you can't tell a book by it's cover" well this applies to Espana Motel. We will recommend and stay here again
