The carpet is dirty and must be vacuumed. The next morning I asked the receptionist named Michelle to take care of the room and vacations. At night I returned I found my room was very messy and not touch at all. But the night-duty manager promised to return 50 dollars for their own negligence. In the morning I asked Michelle why this happened she also did not know. Michelle said she would return my money through an online agent. I also don't know how he can return my money through an online agent.
