Room 7 absolutely fabulous. Under cover parking at the door, no steps. Steepish driveway but no problem unless you have issues. Easy car access. Fantastic gardens.

Unfortunately, our experience began on a negative note due to the receptionist’s behaviour.The receptionist was rude from the start and did not treat us properly. Her attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming, which negatively impacted our overall experience at the hotel.

Well situated with a short drive to the cbd. The motel is on the South side of the river whilst most other accommodation is on the north. Still it was an easy drive to get anywhere in the city. We had a family room which was a 2 bedroom with 5 beds in all. Very good value. The room smelt a bit due to wet carpet around the windows. No window in the bathroom. Could get a bit smelly.

We had a pleasant stay. The room and property were nice. The only downside was feeling a little unsafe while visiting the local shopping centre. I witnessed a person being harassed by some unruly teenagers.

The standard room was clean however, very small and not the 40sq m stated. The ‘kitchen’ did not have crockery, only cups and a microwave and kettle. The bathroom was very tiny and noisey fan. The room was in an old house which was really more hotel/hostel accommodation and you could hear people in other rooms and walking in corridor at night. We were disappointed and the room was certainly like portrayed in the photos.
