The property was clean and tidy. Room a bit smaller than pic but still a good size. Great location, only minutes walk to Showgrounds, VIC Park golf club, hospital and public transport.

Found it very expensive for an out dated place. Felt like stepping back into the 70s. No bang for your buck. A cruise ship is cheaper to go on.

The Herston Place Motel is very close to the RBWH. The room is comfortable, thoughtfully provisioned and clean. It has a microwave, toaster, jug, little fridge and crockery/cutlery for meals. There's a balcony as well for fresh air and breezes.
As an oldie, I will mention that in my unit, the shower was above the bath and if you have knee or balance problems, talk to Chris about the disability unit or units with a different bathroom design.
I was very grateful for the economical cost, consideration, courtesy, and how very pleasant, suitable and attractive the motel is. Many Thanks.

Friendly reception staff. 2 levels with stairs and no lift. Very old and dingy. Very small unit but has a balcony. Basic amenities (no tissues, bickies, face clothes, hand towels). Very clean. Close to Stars hospital.

There is very limited parking, approximately for 8-10 cars, parking on the street almost impossible during the day because of the hospital. Quite unfriendly staff
