A last minute stay ( booked less than an hour before arrival), due to bad weather on our road trip home to QLD. Great value, quiet but central location, a few minutes from shops & restaurants. Clean, neat, tidy. Electric blankets and kitchen items were a handy bonus. A few steps up to our room but no issue for us.

Microwave was from the dark ages but worked fine.
There were some leaks in the shower and with the tap.
Fairly central to our needs and town was essentially accessible.

Great property. Only thing is that it is advertised with Flat screen tv with cable channels. This wasn’t the case in more room. Only had free to air tv. Not a big deal.

Late check-in was convenient but upon arrival discovered that there was absolutely no power at all of which I was not informed. I understand that things like this can happen but being unable to take a shower, have a hot drink or even read or watch tv after a long day driving from Sydney was an inconvenience for me. The motel offered no apology at all. I have tried to get in contact with them regarding this matter but it seems they are not interested in any communication at all.In good faith I do believe that some kind of compensation would be honourable. Wouldn’t recommend this motel to anyone and if I could give it no stars I would. Terrible customer service and and the poorest communication I have ever come across.
