Great Location

Great as always

I was here for a two day conference, so I stayed overnight. My room was pleasant and very quiet. Bed was comfortable despite awful pillows. Food served at the conference dinner was dreadful, especially since I had dietary needs. I was served a re-hash of the lunchtime salad for my evening entree. My dessert was an unappealing plate of fruit. Wines were cheap and nasty. Very disappointing.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Hotel Adelaide. All of the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is located a short walk away from Adelaide Tourist Attractions, Shopping and Restaurants. The in house restaurant in the hotel is really yummy. We would differently stay at the Hilton Hotel in Adelaide next time we holiday in Adelaide.

Excellent sized rooms overlooking the square fantastic shower and toiletries great size TV and plenty of room to put suitcases and hang clothes just what you’d expect for this kind of premium hotel. But sadly it didn't start well as when My wife attempted to park at the front of the building but all the spaces were taken, she attempted 3 laps of the block waiting for a space and then after 10 minutes of doing laps around the Adelaide CBD one park became available. When she enquired to the staff. Where was she supposed to park The car? They said oh sorry it’s just a little busy you can just double park anywhere. I don’t think Hilton Hotel would be paying for the parking fine as the Valet parking procedure is unclear and had my wife completely stressed out and was on the phone with me saying I think we picked the wrong Hotel. Once a (double) parking spot was available then Unfortunately, no one was there waiting to assist my wife with our two heavy suitcases out of her car. Usually at premium Hotels a concierge or valet will meet you and take the keys and your suitcases. But unfortunately there was no one waiting to assist her with the two suitcases up the steps and out of her car which was unfortunate as she checked in without me sadly this didn’t sit well with my wife as she didn’t feel quite special considering where we were staying. The beds were overly warm, so we had to strip back the sheets and the pillows are quite lumpy.

Average as the passage was full of water with some leak and the dryer was on till 10 pm at night

Lovely room and helpful staff

Our weekend sat was fantastic. Hotel staff andre friendly and helpful.room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was lovely with a good variety. Location was wonderful, easy walk to everywhere, or if venturing out the tram station is right out the door! Highly recommend!

Check in told me I was downgraded from my King room without even a conversation. Didn’t want to be bothered to check rooms until I insisted. Then miraculously they found one - yet another try on …

I had a really good stay at Hilton Adelaide for the most part. The room was clean, fresh, spacious, and an upgrade put me on the top floor so I had magnificent views over Victoria Square. A really convenient location with trams and buses immediately outside in the Square. The location is also key to the Central Fresh Produce Markets and the Taste Australia event. The sunrises were beyond spectacular, having never seen the sun rise in the north before! The dining was great regardless of where you had a meal. I must say the staff were extremely professional and all very approachable. The jewelers there also made a sale. Very handy.

A lovely hotel although there are building works going on nearby, so requesting an east facing room. Also, not all the rooms have been updated since the hotel was built in the early 80s…
