Hilton Surfers Paradise Hotel and Residences

Perfect location compared to other hotels in Surfers paradise. Between the main market area, opposite to the beach so great accessibility for things to do. Lot of restaurants options avaialble around. Recommended hilton breakfast, large spread of buffet. Negative on Bathroom cleanliness.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment on level 27. I have to say i was expecting a little more luxury especially being the hilton. Furniture very outdated, the room very bare with very little decoration. I didnt like how the 3 bedroom residences were cleaned every 3rd night. Again i feel this is poor service especially staying at the hilton. Beds were comfy and so were the pillows. I was shocked not to recieve any little complimentarys like you would get at other hotels in the bathrooms. View was great, and location was perfect. Another downside were the outdoor pools were not heated, only the small indoor pool and spa. But i really feel the pools should be heated so they can be enjoyed all year round. Another strange thing that occured, when i arrived to my room, every single cupboard and door was opened, im not sure why this was, but the room was obviously not checked. Even after being told about this i really expected maybe a complimentary bottle of wine or fruit platter, but there was nothing. Alot fell short unfortunately, and i did really expect more

went on holiday season period. Location is central and close to the beach, shops and restaurants ..parking is terrible and literally packed with limited space underground. Room is ok but dated and dont expect much of it. Lift also has a long wait time.

The service was not good. The manager was extremely rude when asked about pool towels and he cut us off many times

Very noisy on Saturday night. Staff offered ear plugs and late check out. But the noise from the clubs below was just too much.

The only reason for choosing good for property facilities was because we had to organise for our fridge to be fixed.

Amazing hotel, we booked another night the same day as we were so impressed with the cleanliness, service, location and room. With fantastic attention to the little details.

Overall it’s a great experience. The only problem is the noise. First night we were in a two bedroom apartment and air conditioner was loud. We talked to the staff and Yumi helped us upgrade to a higher category apartment with super ocean view, however, it’s the noise problem again, but it was the terrible howling noise from the neighbours apartment when they had shower with bathroom fan on between 3am and 5am. We were waken up every night which was really annoying. The sound proofing definitely needs more attention. Thanks a lot to Yumi who helped us and you deserve a 5 star.

We booked for 2 adults and 2 kids,we were given a double bed for the girls and a king to share for parents,the b2 level smells of faeces,our room stunk of mould the spa was filthy and smelt,the elevators are old and stink,over all it wrecked our holiday and wouldn't stay at Hilton again,rip off

Lovely property in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Park the car and walk everywhere. We stayed as a family in an apartment, everything we needed. Pool and facilities were good too, pool a tad cold for my liking, but the indoor spa made up for that. Breakfast daily was great, good selection of hot and continental items. The complimentary iced tea station was a nice touch.

Excellent hotel. Close to the beach.

It was convenient and in walking distance of Cavill Mall which is what we wanted. We could hear some local noise at night because of the area it is in but it didn’t stop us sleeping in our comfy bed. The breakfast was wonderful and the meal at night in Catch restaurant was excellent. Plenty of local ice-creameries , gelato and frozen yoghurt.
