Room 20 Guests list their key phone etc & woke us up at 12.40am to call night duty staff caretaker to get in.neverslept after that. Notmotels fault prrhaps they could have a phone outside reception door for similar situations

This was a great find in North Hobart. Loved that I could park for free onsite outside my door. Did not hear anything from the other rooms. Room was dark. Had a great sleep.

Stayed here twice during our Tasmanian holiday. First time we had a 2 bedroom unit which was very comfortable.
Second time was studio which wasn't as comfortable but adequate - shower was tiny and a little uncomfortable. Staff are lovely from reception to cleaning. Very handy spot for the city and dining out at Elizabeth street restaurant area.

Room and facilities very clean, catered for all my needs eg. self-contained kitchen, bathroom, TV, comfortable bed, safe and secure car bay. Reception staff very hospitably and informative in relation to how to get about Hobart on foot.

Wonderful location of motel within easy walking distance to many shops etc. Housekeeping Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Our room wasn’t as we had expected from what was shown on the website . It was adequate but lighting could’ve been better in the room. Perhaps a light above the mini kitchen area would be good & needs a quieter but more powerful bathroom exhaust fan. Bed was very comfortable. Overall though good value for the price & I’d stay there again because of the location.

Tidy & clean rooms very close to North Hobart & Newtown with diverse eating options and good cafes. Shopping centre close by (5 minute drive) and easy driving access to Hobart CBD, Eastern Shore, West & South Hobart, The Docks, Battery Point & Sandy Bay. Room Cleaners were honest, I accidentally dropped money and couldn’t find it in the room (coins must have rolled under the bed). I found the money placed neatly on the side table after returned later in the day after the room was cleaned. I would have no hesitation in staying again.
