Check in was slow. She needed the names of all my children which seemed unnecessary and intrusive. I have never been asked this at any hotel I have stayed in previously. The beds were small and the fridge was not working so we asked to move to another room so were moved to a higher level room and they brought 2 roller beds which was fine except they had no duvets or pillow cases so I had to take the bedding from the previous room as there was no room service after hours. The staff member was very helpful and apologetic. The parking was overpriced at $60 for 24 hours. All the new release movies were free which was a bonus.

4 star at best, dated rooms, ancient tv, limited charging points, grubby carpet & very basic decor & furniture.
Far removed from genuine 5 star options like Four Seasons, Hyatt & Mondrian etc.
Needs an urgent refurb.

We were expecting an outstanding hotel for the price - and were left a little disappointed. Our room smelt damp, and definitely needs an update- there are no PowerPoints next the to bed, the tv was tiny, the plants on the outside of the room looked cheap and tacky, still left in cheap
