Easy to find and well located

Quiet location, clean, neat

Pleasant spot, easy to park. Wonderful in that there are windows to open both ends of accommodation. Room was adequate, although on the smaller side, thoughtfully equiped for snacking. Beds comfortable. Good value for money considering this highly popular location.

We had lovely 4 night stay. Room good but small but we survived! Loved all walks & eateries on offer. Weather was good 👍

Daughter in-law locked in bathroom due to faulty door. Thanking the Manager who released her from the bathroom after 40 mins - some compensation would have n=been a good gesture

Comfortable rooms with just a few things that could be improved. Bathroom fittings are a bit old and rusty and not enough toilet paper. There was no room for the baggage stand to be opened easily. Not enough sugar for coffee and no decaf option. Other than that bed was comfortable and AC /TV worked well.

No parking for all guest 1/3 had to park on the street

The room was clean and perfect for our requirement. Sharon was a pleasure to deal with. Shops and beaches were not too far away.

We loved our stay! The motels have been done up very nicely. Comfy snug bed. Very clean. Kiama has lots to explore!

It was nice and clean with good amenities.

We stayed two nights. The motel is reasonably close to town centre but a couple of minutes to clubs, pubs or restaurants by car. Our room was on the small side but everything was in working order. Would stay again.

Convenient location to the business address I was attending and to beach

The position and generally the Motel was excellent. To our dismay when we arrived the price of the room was double what what we saw when booking. We raised this with the Manager who was very helpful, but could not help us. The room was not like the photo of a twin room when we booked. The room showed 2 chairs and a small table in the picture but we had only one chair no bench or ledge either. The bathroom had loose basin fittings and the shampoo dispenser was blocked so did not dispense. We advised the manager. You can not fix it unless you know. We were unhappy with the bigger tarif and not having what was advertised by the pictures for the description of a Twin room. Our transport was a Motor bike and we stayed 2 nights expecting to be able to eat meals in our room no matter the weather. Our expecting of the room price based on our other bookings over 3 weeks should be $150 to $200 not the $272 a night we paid.
