Kula Docklands

Very nice, modern apartment. Clean and in a safe area. Finding the key initially was a little confusing. Fantastic to have the tram spot immediately outside to get to the city quick and able to walk to Marvel Stadium was handy for the Gaga concert.

It was noisy due to being near the tram stop but I guess if you were in a different room you may not hear this. Unfortunately the other bed was just an inflatable based in the dining area so would have preferred a normal bed in a room. Otherwise clean and convenient and assistance was only a phone call away. The welcome pack was a nice greeting.

Pros - Lots of amenities near by. Short walk to Marvel Stadium. Free zone tram is steps from front door. Currently has a nice view. Nice area. Apartment was spacious. Cons - construction of new hi rise right outside balcony. Noise started at 7 am until 5pm every day. Saws, hammers banging, motors running, yelling. It’s an active construction zone and you can’t sleep or hear yourself think all day. The awful rug in living room has death trap high curled edges that trip you at every chance. Plus it’s like an outdoor burlap type material that is painful in bare feet. Windows whistle loudly when the wind blows.

After a small hiccup of the office moving, but not telling us, Bruna bent over backwards to make our stay a good one. She was lovely. Thank you.

So close to Melbourne city, just a free tram ride to theatres and shops

We loved our stay at Kuka. Close to so many conveniences, tram stop right the front. Quiet location and the communication with the Kula team was fantastic

Overall decent stay, property was clean and as advertised. Apart from the tram stop right outside the building, there isn't anything else special about the property.

check-in process was pretty straight forward. The only problem was parking which I requested according to Kula unfortunately, I didn't get a reply which I was struggling to arrange during and upon our arrival.

Lovely and quiet, with great view and great facilities.

Stay in 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment , very clean and tidy , excellent location , close to shops, restaurants and very close to the tram

Great location in Docklands, area was quiet and the view was beautiful. Really enjoyed our stay, definitely recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful view of river. Very affordable. Not many dining options super close but within a 15 minute walk you find some . A couple of options 5 mins away . Easy walk to south wharf DFO. Easy self check in. You can't store your luggage but you can use radical storage options close normally a convenience store. We loved it was so easy to get to Marvel stadium.
