We had a wonderful stay. The staff went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. The rooms were very clean and the after hours check in was easy. Restaurants, cafes, and shops on your doorstep. Could not have had a better experience. Will definitely be returning. Thank you to the staff.

Very clean but would have been better if wehad a separate shower rathef than one over bath as it was very slippery afterbeing cleaned.

What i liked was the locations in the heart of Launceston, Close to cafe's, bars and shops and a great weekend market. Room was a very simple layout great size bedroom, lounge and kitchen area all separate. And i loved the bath and on arrival staff warm welcome. One thing ask for a room at back of hotel i had a roim room close to street can be a little noisy. Otherwise i would stay here again.

I had a fine experience overall. The service was friendly, and I appreciated the ease of the late check-in. The location is convenient, but the facility is a bit tired, and the mattress in my room felt like it was nearing the end of its life. With some updates, this could be a much more comfortable stay.

We were advised the room was on the ground floor. A few stairs up to the front door of the building was fine. But the 2 sets of 6-8 down to our room internally was a shock and not what would have chosen if given the opportunity.

Didn’t end up staying . Left the property because I needed 2 beds and the room in the damp smelly dungeon down 2 flights of stairs only had one bed, dirty carpet and cups with lip stick still on them . Called the after hours to rectify the one bed situation and when he arrived he said we had to pay a call out fee and for another bed that I had already put 2 beds on the booking system.So decided we wouldn’t be staying there . Asked for a refund and he said I wouldn’t be getting one . This has now been sorted by Expedia with the property. Overpriced for the room that was offered .

The property was very tired, carpet very worn and facilities old. The smell of smoke in the room when we entered was marsked by the aircon being turned to 18 on a reasonably cool day.

Fabulous location.
Short walking distance to festivale and shops. Excellent coffee and food at multiple cafes and restaurants close by.
Generous sized rooms. Lovely new kitchens but carpets could do with an update, would make a big difference.
