Breakfast was continental, simple and nice. Chef did not work Mondays , so couldn’t order anything else .

Friendly staff. Quiet clean well maintained rooms with all that you need. Lovely view of the lake. Free parking. Restaurant on site.

A great place to stay, we enjoyed cycling along the waterfront from there and exploring the local area. We had lots of room and although the room has no kitchen you are supplied with cutlery and plates for the bbq area. We enjoyed the pool too.

The room was spacious and clean. The. Beds are comfy. On arrival the receptionist was extremely helpful. I had forgot to ask for a ground floor room as i cant do the stairs. She changed my room and arranged a late check out within 5 minutes and was very friendly. The continental breakfast and barrista coffee were great . Thanks to all for making my weekend a great break.

We were upgraded to honeymoon suite with 2 bedrooms, full size hot tub, steam room and extended semi-private picnic area in front. Included breakfast was terrible with extremely limited

I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful break. The Room: Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The Atmosphere: The grounds are the real highlight. Between the stunning lake views and the inviting pool area, the entire environment is incredibly relaxing. It’s a beautiful property that makes it easy to unwind. I’ll definitely be back!

Door didn’t lock properly. No other room available. Told maintenance would fix post departure! No body lotion, requested and given body wash. Great town to visit. Pity about cost for 1 night over long weekend. Didn’t eat onsite. Great options in town.

Clean, nice room

It was a lovely place to stay It was clean and tidy Staff were lovely we would definitely come back the restaurant was reasonably priced and the meals were lovely and the staff looked after us

Staff were very helpful, our air conditioner iced up and then dripped water on the carpet (it was 38 degrees 😳 outside - we had a 3 day heatwave) staff came quickly to sort it all out.

While the reception staffs were great, the room was slightly below the expectations. We hope the cleanliness can be improved in some occasions. Still it was a good overnight stay for us. The property itself is nice. We couldn't use all facilities due to lack of time, but we appreciated the options available.

The room was quite spacious but tired, there were splattered insects on the walls, the window/door didn't operate properly and didn't stop much noise from outside. The staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous, however, they could have used some extra help as all responsibilities were left to just a few. It was New Years Eve so maybe difficult to get staff at that time of the year but the operators should not fully book the "resort" if that's the case. It's not really a resort, more like a motel with two accommodation block and a tiny ageing pool. The grounds were very nice though. The stand out for me was the quality of food in the restaurant, it was exceptionally good and again, the staff were particularly friendly and polite but run off their feet and could hardly cope. We were asked to leave the bar/restaurant building at 10pm on New Year's Eve leaving us with no other option than so go back to the room to bring in the New Year. Very odd. I wouldn't mind any of this but the property is advertised as 4 star and the pricing reflects the advertising but not the reality. I imagine it is a lot cheaper at other times of the year and so a much better experience but not for me on this occasion.

Clean room. Lovely staff. It is a 25 min walk into the town itself across the main bridge.

Nice and a decent play to stay

Rooms were clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Don’t know for the price of the room should have a breakfast included ..the room had cobwebs ..spiders inside ..nowhere to hang towels when used …didn’t even have toaster …it was suppose to executive suite …outside 2 old wooden chairs but no table to put drinks on …no shelving in the bar fridge ….had to use a esky …only positive note the view was nice …the young blonde cleaner was nice and gave has good customer service ..never again for that price or that room ..we have a disabled sticker for our car … someone who didnt have parked in the only disabled spot but with no sticker ..rang reception to complain and they did nothing ..poor customer service ..
