The apartment was well located to explore Fremantle Bay on foot, the room and especially bathroom were a good size. There was a minor issue at check in as we arrived later in the day and needed to call someone, but as international travellers did not have Australian phones. However, the hotels.com staff were incredible and quickly sorted the issue for us

Great spot in Freo. Everything was easy to get to and convenient. The parking was pretty tight, but it is Fremantle. Would totally go back.

Absolutely beautiful, quiet, and peaceful.
Completely contactless with simple instructions.
Shower floor tiles could use some texturing, quite slippery.

A couple of things , one was that there were no fresh towels in the pool towel tub, i had to call for service. She told me I could access the staff area and grab my own, which was nice.
The toilet in our room was out of order from midnight onwards and would not flush , and it could not be used.
The wifi passwords didnt work, i had to ask for assistance, but the staff were very helpful.
The pool was meant to be heated, but wasnt. It was very cold.
Overall it was okay.

It is not the fault of the accommodation that l drove from Cape Leuwin without reading the email they sent me with details and that my phone died as l turned into the street. I appreciated they phoned back my partner after l got back into the car to move it out of someone's driveway but l would have liked it if they phoned me back about parking when the street was full with cars even on the footpath. Being close to a hospital and parking time limit signs everywhere, l was a little focused on getting a charge on my phone couresy of the very friendly bottle shop across the road while parked in another persons driveway to unload. To add to our discomfort we found 5 different Restaurants nearby that said on Google they were open till 10pm but their kitchens were closed by 9pm. Again not the fault of Maand, but not a great stay.
Loved the big modern bathroom.

Rooms were quite and guests were only supposed to use pool from 8 in morning to 8 pm.. always those idiots who think its ok to get in the pool at midnight and make a noise. Lucky that only happened one night out of the 3 stayed. Beds large and generally good but have slept in beds where you cant feel your partner move. In these i could. If you need to keep
Your car at hotel during day the laminated sheets say you can park on
Verge (footpath) but when i checked with lady she said it was technically 2 hour limit from 8 to 6 pm smd she only got 1 ticket in 2 years.

Lovely clean room, spacious. If out of hours and no swim towel ring number on the reception door .
Easy access with combination number to get into room. Nice pool/ table/chairs. Careful with pool ladder as slippy
