The kettle was dirty, and had black floaties in it. One of the blind shutters was broken. The spa bath didn't have a plug when we got one it didn't fit, so i couldn't have a bath before dinner.

I booked my 5day stay with Mantra because ithe Chain has a reputation for quality. I had to chage my Room.because I was not given a 'Classical' View. The AirCon did not have a Cooling Cycle & no Ceiling Fan. The lounge chair was stained & both seats 2.5Star rated. The Cistern leaked, but no noise like the first Room given. If most of Mantra's cisterns leak, that's an awful lot of water being wasted when the Area is in a serious Drought. The only good thing I can report about it was the excellent breakfast. Another bad thing: no bench seats outside their main entrance for older people to sit on. Very thoughtless!
