Hotel had a peekaboo view of the ocean. Everything was pleasant until we left. Beware the stairs! Husband took a header down a flight and ended up breaking his shoulder. Staff was very helpful, even drove us to the medical facilities.

Parking is great, check in was easy, however the price you pay for a room is hefty for what you get. Pillows were soft but the mattress was hard as a rock.
Staff were fine, could of been more helpful.
Breakfast was good selection of food.
Overall, not bad but too expensive for a stay.

The room was a little bit dirty. Also we only had 1 saucepan. We had to borrow one from our neighbour so we could cook our bolognaise sauce to eat with our pasta. Should be better equipped in the kitchen. Frypan was also old and dirty and should be replaced.

The duel balcony spa rooms we booked were dirty. The balcony area, including the table and chairs were covered in leaves dust and filth. The lounge room blinds when you pulled them down in the lounge area were covered in dead bugs. The spa was dirty.

The kettle was dirty, and had black floaties in it. One of the blind shutters was broken. The spa bath didn't have a plug when we got one it didn't fit, so i couldn't have a bath before dinner.
