Our room was lovely and clean, with a beautiful ocean view. Comfy couch, everything in the kitchen we needed (except scissors), comfy bed. We were there 9 days. Our sheets were changed halfway through our stay. Reception staff were friendly and really helpful with booking taxis for us. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend

All essential were provided. Microwave, Combo washer/dryer was awesome...the staff were extremely helpful and secure parking very handy...close to major shops, restaurants and beach..Great Place to stay!

Water view was restricted by an adjacent building. Small balcony with limited sunlight. Realistically, it was a little disappointing and not as depicted on photos displayed on your website. Noise from a fan system below was annoying.

We did not enjoy staying here as we misunderstood and thought it was a hotel.. Terrible customer service and no room refreshes unless you pay for it each day so no dry towels, no garbage collection, no refresh tea and coffee supplies etc. Booked room with bath picture and no bath. Found staff so policy orientated that it was difficult to resolve issues that were unexpected. Only time we wanted to use the pool we were licked out for cleaning. Would not stay here again.

Mantra is the scum of society. They take your money (card hold) they lie to you and tell you it will be released within 24 hours but really you'll be fighting with them a week later to get your card hold released. Absolutely absurd. I will never stay at any Mantra ever again. The brand damage from this experience of being lied to is unforgettable. Scared for life. I HATE the Mantra!!!!!

Toilet was dirty on arrival- staff quickly rectified and gave us a bottle of wine to apologise which was lovely. The only other problem we had is the blind in the bedroom lets in too much light and let to restless nights. Suggest a heavier blind for bedroom. Otherwise facilities and services were very pleasant
