Room was very nice and the venue was excellent. Getting a couple of drinks in the Bar included was a nice bonus and the buffet restaurant was wonderful.

The room was modern, clean and spacious. Upon check in the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The bar staff were also lovely and very friendly. Food and drinks were great

Great hotel for a short stay. Room was clean, beds were very comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Hotel located on the back side of the casino and above the outside bar area. Area where rooms were located was behind a locked door, so bar and casino patrons were not able to wonder down the halls past the rooms. The only downside was that the rooms are right above the outdoor bar which stayed very loud until around 2am on a Friday evening. Other than that, it was a great stay!

The hot water takes a very long time to come through. A big person would struggle using that toilet and bathroom. The tv in the second bedroom kept going on and off and was a challenge to work due to long engagement times compared to the tv in the loungeroom. Staff were friendly. Quite clean. Comfortable overall aside from that.

Philip charged me unnecessarily for the accommodation that already been paid way back. I’m so upset. Informed the hotel about the extension and wasn’t noted as well. Was driving through the coast when my bank informed me i was double charged- yes, I do have accountant for myself. So upset. Be looking for other had I known. But whatever. Thanks
