Hotel was nice, friendly staff, minor issues with the room that require fixing

Hotel ticks all boxes - modern, spacious and tidy king spa room; easy parking and fast wi-fi connection; room amenities provided in abundance with fresh towels daily; close to all restaurants, shops and beaches; I highly recommend this hotel for good value for money and excellent customer service!

Large beautiful rooms, walkung distance to the shops, beach, restaurants. Me and my partner stsy here regularly, perfect in summer.

Wow what a beautiful room, ocean views and the comfiest beds, what more could one ask for? What made it even better was the friendly and accomodating customer service and the food for breakfast and lunch in the bistro was absolutely divine!! 100% recommend anyone looking to stay here.

Very happy clean comfortable relaxing

We liked the convenience of the property. The room was nice and large. The set up of the room could have been better. The tv on the wall should be on a swivel, so you can watch tv from bed. The bathroom needs a very intense clean as there is black mould on the tiles.

Amazing place to stay, bed was comfort plus, got upgraded to harbour views, no extra cost, staff were amazing and helpful at reception, bed super plush soft -, views amazing, spa bath is the best yet even though feet didnt reach the end, best restaurant food and was Austrailan and served local veggies, which is hard to find in Melbourne , great location and bottleshop next door

Good Position, well equipped, bed was a little soft for my liking. However, the shower area needs the sealant around the floor and shower door replaced as it is quite mouldy and the hinges on the shower door was covered in black muck. Poor cleaning of that area.

Perfect for our holiday plans

Super cool place to stay, really comfy beds. I had the kings bed next to the pool and it was great. Had a cold plunge in the mornings and then hopped in the super large shower for hot soak before heading to the restaurant for a great Eggs Florentine with decent coffee. Was a friends wedding so had a great time overall. Definitely recommend and will stay there again.

The service and cleanliness were excellent. Great views from the front rooms. There is some street noise if you open the balcony doors.

Relaxing time away. Great location. Close to beach, restaurants & shops. Relatively quiet even though close to main road. Spacious room. Nice pool.

I loved my stay at Rye Hotel. My room was clean, comfortable, modern and spacious. It had a great pool view. The pool was sparkling, and beautiful and a nice size and depth. I thoroughly enjoyed my swims. The food at the adjacent bistro was delicious and well-priced and there was a discount for accommodation guests. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is well-positioned opposite the beach and foreshore and next to the main shopping strip. It is a lovely area to stay in.

Really great place to stay except wifi internet is unusable. Can’t even upload a photo on it and staff couldn’t do anything about it when I enquired. That’s the biggest let down otherwise great 👍
