Josef was amazing in upgrading our room when we arrived so we could be closer to our travel companions.

The stargazing safari tent was amazing. Just the attention to detail and it was cosy and warm. It was alittle too cold to enjoy the bathtub. The kitchenette had the equipment to self cater which we did due to limited dining options. Would highly recommend this property for the excellent accommodation and driving proximity to Port Arthur historical sight. As we were doing specifically the ghost tour, that was the reason for staying the night in port arthur.
If there was one small issue, it would be that our tent covered the whole outdoor area, so there was no stargazing however friends of ours had a different tent and theirs yiu ciuld star gaze. Ours was better if it was to rain. It didn't though.

I asked for a DVD player for my room and the maintenance man was very helpful although he said not many people use these things. He made sure it worked and went back to TV and ws helpful coming immediately even in the rain.
