Room was clean and big. We received a complementary upgrade.

Place was nice

Had Room 66. The room felt like it had not been used for a while and needs a thorough clean. Collage of photos sent to Reception as requested (dusty surfaces including TV, cobwebs on almost every corner including bedside lamps, insects on shower walls. No photo of the spider that keeps popping out of the bathroom sink). I was told to email them photos when we checked out and will get back to us. No response from Guest Services to date. Check out and Check in was simple. Staff were great.

Absolutely perfect in all catagories.A great lace to stat

I really wanted to rate this hotel a 10/10 because it’s truly beautiful and is so perfect for the location. The beds are comfortable, the shower is great, the parking is super convenient and our room was massive. But a couple of things let it down - one is accessibility. They need to make people aware either on the property listing on Expedia or at the very least at reception that 50% of the rooms have quite a few stairs to get to them. As someone with knee injuries and having luggage, if I didn’t have my teenage son with me, I would’ve had to go back to reception to change my room. A simple heads up that there are stairs would’ve saved a lot of hassle. Anyone with a large suitcase would’ve been inconvenienced as there is no elevator. The other thing is that the WIFI is horrendous. If you’re wanting to get some work or study done in the evening while you’re on vacay, that’s not gonna work. The mobile reception isn’t great either so they really need to upgrade the router. Our room was right down the end of the hallway so perhaps that’s why, but either way it’s very inconvenient. I hope they can make these changes.

Amazing all round.

Our room is upgraded. It is clean and warm with heater on before arrival. Espresso capsule coffee. The breakfast is very nice with great produce and cooked per order.

The room is exceptionally clean although the furnitures are a bit outdated. Facilities are okay. Breakfast is really good with a lot of options for the hot breakfast

The room is huge and clean. Their staff are so friendly.

The mattress wasn’t comfortable. The room and facilities are aging. The buffet breakfast was from a menue and not worth the money!

Overall we enjoyed our stay but for the price you’re paying, the rooms need an update. The shower wasn’t working properly and the lighting and furniture on the patio in the premium rooms wasn’t great. There was light gloves missing. We loved the breaky though and the staff were lovely!

Rude staff, room dirty

1st room was ok. Felt like I was in a dungeon, ac didn’t work. Staff was wonderful and got me into a much better room.

Apartments were spacious and well appointed and clean. The golf resort provides lovely surroundings and has a good restaurant and casual dining and reasonable prices. Central to everywhere on the peninsula with short drives. Staff were well trained and friendly so we enjoyed the stay and would definitely return.

The gym was adequate for what i required

Peppers Moonah Links Resort is starting to show its age. While the staff were great and the room was clean, it is over priced for the condition it is in. It is overdue for a re-fresh and the rooms lack any form of personality. Basically its just a bed in a room.

Great location and amenities. All round a perfect weekend staycation.
