What a great little spot, not flash, but beds were extremely comfortable, the meals were beautiful, and Cooper was an awesome waiter. Great wine too. MUST see Port Arthur.

Very basic room with rock hard beds - barely slept even with blankets on the mattress to try to soften it. Restaurant area was nice as was the food, with good service.
Cheap nasty smelling liquid hand soap in the bathrooms.

Value for money for an older property. Meets basic needs but is in an excellent spot overlooking the historic site with access thru a gate. Good breakfast/dining options in the restaurant.
