Loved everything about this property. Room was nicely sized. Bathroom was great. Lots of towels and shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, etc. Plenty of places to lay out your suitcase. Loved the tea in the room. Breakfast buffet was delicious!

We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the Pullman. Dylan at the front desk was super helpful and polite. He did all he could to upgrade us to an even better room just because!! The buffet breakfasts were a great start to the day. Jesse at the adventures desk was totally honest and helpful about what excursions we should take. Thanks for a wonderful holiday!!!

The property is very well presented and nice. Breakfast was really nice.
The pool needs an urgent upgrade.
Our room has an interconnecting door and I could hear every conversation from the people next door, taking very loudly until 3am.. No privacy. This is a deal breaker and I would not stay in this hotel again.

There was no cold water when we were checking out and when I let the hotel know about it they were not very helpful. I made the first call that was not followed up on and when my second call reached the manager on call he was rude and unapologetic.

The rejuvenated rooms with a mountain room was excellent and staff were very nice. Only thing was the pool, half of it was under reconstruction so couldn’t be used.

This hotel has a grand entrance to drive up to. The rooms are large and well appointed. However, it seems like the front desk staff, at least the ones I dealt with, are not the top team. I'd ask a question and get an off topic response. Then I'd have to repeat myself.
While this could be a luxury property, they need to make some cosmetic improvements like: the pool needs to be resurfaced, the roof and siding of the adjacent building needs to pressure washed and painted.
It's located in a fantastic area, but many shops and restaurants closed during covid and never reopened. However, there's more than enough to satisfy. The waterfront area is just a few blocks away and is wonderful. There's plenty of shopping and the night market is near. All in all, I did enjoy my stay with some minor hiccups.

The impressive lobby is amazing, we hang out there quite often. The hotel is walkable to the main area of town. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby. The Christmas buffet lunch was totally worth it. The only drawback is there's only one pool open with the main pool closed.
