Loved our stay. Walking distance to great food, esplanade and easy to book tours etc. If staying recommend Heather's Private Transfers and Tours. She picked us up at the hotel and was our private guide for a trip to Paronella Park. .. stopping off at Milla Milla Falls for a swim. Wonderful time.

We ended up at the Pullman Cairns International after a horrendous night at the Mercure Cairns and it was a huge relief. Professional and friendly staff. Amazing location. Clean and spacious, not much to fault.

Disappointed that we went told the pool and spa weren’t available at the hotel, they gave you the option to go across to the hotel over the road or to the there other hotel to use there pool. I chose this hotel for the pool and spa. I would have book another one if I’d known so I didn’t have to walk somewhere else. No discount was offered for the inconvenience. Very poor of the hotel not to even tell you when you checked in either.

Was not informed about the pool being closed which was disappointing as we were there for a relaxing holiday. No balcony furniture, no bath robes, room smelt musty.
3 star at best, definitely not 5 star.
Wasted 5 day break, never again.

Beautifully presented hotel in a very convenient location to all Cairns has to offer. Very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms with great views from the balcony.Rooms well fitted with tea, coffee pod machine , hot chocolate , fridge etc. Great breakfast buffet, lots of different options to start your day off right. Extremely helpful staff, David in the lobby bar was very friendly and knew our order from day 1.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would happily go and stay again. Short drive from the airport approx $20 for a taxi.

As of the check-out date on April 18, the hotel pool was still unavailable. Guests had to use the pool at the casino hotel across the street, which required picking up a new room key card at that hotel's front desk. Also, guests had to bring their towels from the original hotel, which was inconvenient!

We recently stayed at the Pullman International Hotel and were quite disappointed to find that the swimming pool was under construction, something we were really looking forward to during our stay.
However, the room we stayed in was very nice and comfortable, which helped make up for the inconvenience. What truly stood out during our stay was the exceptional service we received from Georgia at the front reception. She was consistently helpful and welcoming every time we interacted with her. Pullman is very lucky to have someone like Georgia representing the hotel, she truly made a difference to our experience.

Really big updated rooms with comfortable beds and great team in all departments, Robert in the restaurant, yu in concierge and all the front desk team were great.
Excellent location. Pool was closed bit they had alternate options available
