The property is in an excellent location, close to shops, transport, restaurants, gardens, theatres. The check-in was quick and the lady on the front desk was helpful and extremely pleasant. She is an asset to the business. The apartment itself was very spacious. It was very clean and had great resources (stove, hob, washer/dryer, air con/heating, TV). There was a shower over a bath but the bath mechanism didn't work (they may have decommissioned the use of baths due to water usage concerns??). I had been pre-warned about noise from surrounding building works. I stayed on a Sunday and so there was no noise. It did start up at 7am. on the Monday morning but wasn't actually that bad. I would happily stay at this establishment again. Thank you.

Very clean and neat, but the fittings and furnishings are a little tired. The instructions for the air con were not very clear; not sure that we mastered it!
Sadly the building works surrounding the property detracted from the ambiance.

4 night stay, would have expected room serviced at least once. Had to ask for kitchen supplies replenished. Great room size and location perfect.
Noise from building site very annoying, especially at 6:15am! And light from next door overnight not blocked out by the blinds. Wouldn’t stay again until building next door finished.

Major MAJOR construction site happening right on the side of my room and noise from 6am was significant. Also workers on-site and no ability to have blockout blinds basically prevented use of main living area until all work was finished for the day was not ideal.
Once all works done this might be better.

Stayed in the basement rooms which are high ceilings warehouse like. Good value. Could benefit from blackout curtains as have opaque roller blinds at the moment with all might lighting from the building next door.

Given its location I was expecting a better quality of service. The place was spacious and in a avery god location. HOWEVER, we stayed for 4 nights, NOT once did the room get serviced, towels.not replaced. We had 3 small coffee satchells to share between 2 adults for the period. 4 small caplets of milk . No welcome biscuits either. One tiny piece of soap to be shared by tow unrelated asults. One tiny shampoo, conditioner and body wash , agaon to be shared by 2 adults. One shared hand towel and one floor towel. for the full stay. One pillow per bed. I have not yet.mentioned the construction next door, everyday. Literally, we could not peoperly hear each other when talking. I travel quite a bit, and have not had this experience.

The apartment was very dark and you could not see daylight. There were works being carried on next door which started at 7am and it sounded like the workers were in our apartment.
Credit to the managers that they did warn me about the works when I booked.

Thank you for the 2-bedroom upgrade. This definitely made the stay more comfortable after a long and rainy day at the Grand Prix. It would have been nice if there was no construction next door as that was an early wake up call— but we were advised previously so it was to be expected. We’ll definitely go back!

We stayed in a two bedroom family apartment, and also rented a one-bedroom studio for a friend down the hall. Neither room had sufficient internet to even check email. The man at reception was rude to us making jokes at our expense, and the sheets on my son's bed were smudged with black. When we asked for help about the sheets, he argued with my husband saying this doesn't happen...well it did. The next day a much nicer person tried to help with the internet, but no use...they said the other guy was temporary...not great. Also, there is major construction next door starting at 7 AM.

Absolutely delighted with my stay! I wasn’t sure what to expect given the fantastic price, but this place is truly a hidden gem in an excellent Melbourne location. Easy to access, with a cosy loft-style vibe and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy, the shower was fantastic, and the high-quality toiletries were a lovely touch. Everything was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also felt completely safe walking back alone at night. Perfectly situated for concerts or sporting events at Rod Laver Arena, with great eateries just two doors away. I honestly can’t fault it—will definitely be back!

Stayed here for the Australian Open. Great location, only a short walk to Melbourne Park.
Some of the features of the room felt a little dated - the TV could use an update.
Shower/bath combination was a little difficult to get in and out of which could be an issue for people with mobility issues.
Overall a pleasant and convenient stay. :)
