We have stayed here before but this time the room smelled terrible. There was a problem with toilet/bathroom and we had ro block drains with towels and keep exhaust fan on for our whole stay. We told staff but no offer to sort it out. Very disappointing for us as it was also expensive.

Tried to get our bedding changed and was told they are too busy and the member at the reception said she would get into trouble with the manager if she gets this done as the cleaners were only doing new rooms.. three nights we have no cleaning nor change of bedding .. pretty disappointing

The room was very old and in a state of disrepair. Everything was crooked, dated and not kept well. Toilet seat was at an angle, so was the fridge. It was not a pleasant room to stay in, however the bed was comfortable

The car was parked in the numbered car park and was covered in branches and leaves, they had trimmed the trees all over the car without notice
Maybe next time they should put out hats or something to not park in those bays if they are gardening

We loved the space offered by The Quest & the reception staff were excellent. However Housekeeping kept forgetting to renew our teas, coffees, shower gel which was annoying. The shower is v difficult to use without flooding the bathroom!

Was noisy from other people staying there during the night. And the side of the building i was in next to the factories had noise coming from them at 4am Saturday morning. And bed was not king size as was supposed to be. It was just two single beds that were attached and to hard and uncomfortable. Certainly not worth the money i paid.

Generally everything was great. As expected. Love this place and stay here everytime I am in Melbourne visiiting.
Suggest you look into the cushion covers as they are definitely due for a good wash.
