The room was clean, pleasant. The staff were helpful. Most people would be very happy. The apartment was not as big as I expected. We had booked the largest apartment because we were traveling with our son in a wheelchair using a portable hoist. the hoist could get into the bedroom, but the bathroom door would not open wide enough to take either hoist or wheelchair. The shower chair supplied was for someone with good balance. It was not advertised as disabled access, so we can't complain. A bigger apartment may have worked better for us.

We asked for a low floor and ended up on the 16th floor. The room looked very different to the images provided on the booking site. Facilities were limited and the area didn’t have alot of amenities nearby.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was self contained and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and hospitable and when our room wasn’t quite ready for check-in, they offered us a late checkout. The bathroom was very spacious and whilst there wasn’t a great view from the small balcony, it was lovely to see lots of trees within the city. The bed wasn’t super comfy, but we brought this to their attention upon checkout. We paid for onsite parking as we wanted to see everything by foot. The only negative thing about the car park was the small, tight spaces. Good for small cars, not so much for a Ford Ranger.
