Easy walk to all activities we were doing. Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Clean room and bathroom well stocked. No view from the room but we were not there long enough to be concerned. Many buildings near by closed and full of graffiti which makes the area less desirable but in time when the buildings around are redeveloped it will improve. Minor negative was only one pillow per person so no pillows to place against headboard to sit up in bed. Perhaps this will change soon. Otherwise a very pleasant stay

Well though out space. Accommodate my family of 5 easily. Good kitchenette facilities that enabled us to have a couple of simple meals in the comfort of our own home away from home. If anything could be improved, they could install better shower doors as the water from the rain shower kept splashing out.

Great location, easy to get into the city centre, Kings Park and Northbridge. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh, including the linen on the bed. Bed was comfy. Great size apartment with pleanty of room. All facilities necessary were available. Only downside was there was poor view so not ideal if you want to look outside to nice scenery.

Overall we were happy to find at least one reasonable standard of property offering a two bedroom apartment, central to city and most amenities. Staff were excellent and helpful, allowing us an extension to normal check out time of 10.00am ( our return flight didn’t depart until 19.50pm ) However the property was 30 years old and lacked adequate soundproofing- it could do with some serious Reno work including at least double glazing. Plus our room was adjoining the twin lifts in the building and were almost constantly noisy.

Fantastic stay as we were given the renovated room and it’s very clean when we first enter. The receptionists are very helpful especially the Korean lady whom I did not know the name. Only issue is towards the end of the stay when I saw one cockroach at the lobby pillar and another one in one of the cabinet in my unit. Other than that, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay there.

Apartment was very nice/clean, lovely comfortable bed, it had everything needed for our 4 night stay, wooden furniture felt a little old fashioned but it’s probably the modern look now, building was generally okay on a busy corner so traffic can be heard but it wasn’t to bad, a 10 minute walk to the city centre and 20 minutes to Botanical Gardens, it was our second stay, there’s a few closed up businesses since we were last there that make the location look a bit tired but generally it’s an okay area to stay, we would stay again

Overall I think the property was OK. It's not the liveliest corner of the CBD since properties on the other three corners seemed to be vacant for some time, not much foot traffic around and within the hotel, and I did see a few people sleeping rough (but they never bothered me). However, you only need to go a few blocks to find some restaurants of various price ranges and a bit further for a large grocery store and other shopping options. Good public transport options. The apartment kitchen and bath were dated but everything was clean and in working order. I especially appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit.

Externally the building looks run down and the room seems to partially refurbished (?) - while the kitchen and bathroom are new, the living and bedrooms are dated and abit more run down. There is always the lift engine noise running through the night and some random items dropping sound every now and then. Location was great and 10mins walk to shopping area. Parking is about 150m away in a separate building, can be challenging for you to drop off luggages before proceeding to the carpark as you need to collect the passes from the reception. Food selection around was good too.
