We were extremely impressed with the whole experience. The room was comfortable and airy and we loved the balcony. The staff were so helpful when we checked in and everything made us feel welcome and special. The cleanliness in the room was lovely. Breakfast was also so good. Thanks for a wonderful evening, night and morning. Lots of brownie points for all.

The Hotel is very clean and has comfortable beds. I like to stay here because the prices were affordable, and I was able to walk everywhere because it was very close to shopping and food areas. Also, I was able to walk near the river and cross the bridge to the other side, and enjoy the views from the top of another hotel.

It was very walkable and attached to all the major transportation types you could ask for. This allowed my wife and I a lot of freedom of movement for dining, exploration of the city and countryside, and basically to have a wonderful time. The wonderful breakfasts kicked off our day great!

The Hotel is very clean and has comfortable beds. I like to stay here because the prices were affordable, and I was able to walk everywhere because it was very close to shopping and food areas. Also, I was able to walk near the river and cross the bridge to the other side, and enjoy the views from the top of another hotel.

Was not informed about the cost of parking at any time prior to getting there. We only realised the costs when we saw the sign placed on top of the concierge desk in the late afternoon. They could have told us at the check-in desk or when handing over the car keys - had plenty of opportunity to tell us. Not happy!

Heating in my room stopped working after 1 or 2 days in a 7 day stay. Hotel kept saying they would fix it, but this dragged on for the remainder of the stay. Was freezing at night and pretty disappointed about the lack of action. Ended up with a cold and later on unable to visit father in hospital as I was sick. Other than that, the breakfast buffet was not bad, room was fine and plenty of generic restaurant options close by.
