The Hamptons Apartments is our go to accommodation choice when visiting Melbourne. Away from the noise & bustle of the CBD, the Port Melbourne building offers luxurious room amenities that perfectly fit our needs. On the occasions we have needed to get assistance, there was no delay in receiving advice & immediate help from Corporate Keys. Very happy with every stay we have had.

Very nice place. One block from the ocean, walking distance to the cruise ship piers. Huge variety and number of restaurants within walking distance.

The apartment had everything going for it. Very clean and had great facilities. I could have done with a power point near the vanity in the bathroom/laundry for a blow dryer. I unplugged washing machine to use blow dryer. Minor issue. The one thing we found disappointing was that there was no parking at the property. Due to weekend the on road parking was very rare to find. We had to drive around to find a park.

Wonderful venue and a central location not quite in the centre of the hustle and bustle. But a short drive or tram ride into the city. Clean, tidy and safe. Has everything required for a weekend stay or a few days away. Responsive customer service too.

The Hamptons Apartments is a relatively small but well appointed place to stay for an individual or for a family. It is close to the 109 tram line which is a direct route to Melbourne CBD and even closer to numerous restaurants on Bay St as well as Coles, IGA and First Choice Liquor. Very courteous staff and quick to respond to any request.

Nice apartment good for a family. Walking distance to tram stop, shops, supermarket, pubs etc. Parking can be tricky but we found a spot in the street with no restrictions so left the car there all week no problems. Great area for walking and a beach just at the end of the street. Close to the city, only ten minutes by tram. Apartment needs some TLC and the oven didn’t work but overall we had a good stay.

Property did not inform us of car park renovations until we requested car park induction!!! We felt they did not want us to park car at property since they only informed us of maintenance/renovations when we brought the issue up!!! There were no workers about for the car park renovations plus there were also cars parked inside during our stay. Other properties would advise pool/car park etc under maintenance. Getting the key to room was a major hurdle !! The key locker didn’t work properly and we were given 3 codes before can actually open locker …they said there will 2 key passes and yet there was only 1 key pass given which caused a lot of inconvenience !

The checkin process was not great. The person did not arrive at the agreed time so we were waiting on the street - no apology when she did arrive and she wasn't overly friendly or informative. Sending an email 2 hours before arrival with information about the apartment for people who are coming off an international flight is not ideal especially if they don't have access to data on their phones. The duvet on the bed had a big yellow stain on it and dried blood - not acceptable. They changed the duvet the next day for us but put on a duvet that was to small for the bed so we didn't end up using the main bedroom. The shower had not been cleaned very well - they cleaned it again for us the next morning. The upstairs roof area had not been cleaned so outdoor tables had beer stains on them and the rubbish bin was overflowing (we were there at 1pm in the afternoon) The room had no windows to look out of as they were all painted so it felt very closed in. Overall we were disappointed with the apartment. The location however was excellent.

Very expensive property that was dirty with stained couches, unclean windows and chipped furniture. The car parking process was too difficult. The view was beautiful, showers great and the amenities good. The mosquitoes were also a problem.
