Stayed at The Langham Gold Coast recently and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautifully designed — modern, elegant, and right on the beachfront. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and had stunning ocean views. Service was consistently professional and warm, from check-in to housekeeping.
The pool area was a standout, perfect for relaxing, and the onsite dining options were high quality (especially the breakfast buffet — great variety and very fresh). It’s clear a lot of thought has gone into the details, and the whole place has a calm, luxury feel without being over the top.
Only minor downside was that parking can be a bit pricey, and during peak times the lobby area gets a little crowded. But overall, it was a top-tier experience — a great choice for a relaxing stay or special occasion.

Beautiful hotel and facilities with fabulous view of the beach. However the service was hit & miss. Reception staff and housekeeping exceptionally prompt and helpful. Bar and restaurant (Akoya) service was not consistently up to snuff for a 5 star hotel, I do not expect to carry my own drinks (between bar and our dining table( in a 5 star hotel and
I was somewhat nonplussed when the waitress handed me our bottle of water to take with me on our way from the bar to dinner. On arrival at Akoya they had no record of our booking but the restaurant was not busy so we were seated. We were asked if it was a special occasion and told the maitre D it was my birthday - but nothing was done to mark the occasion. Service very slow considering it was a quiet night; food was excellent however. On balance it was a good stay but there is scope to improve aspects of the service to meet 5 star standards

The properly itself is beautiful. Great design and decor. Very clean. Good views. Very convenient and right on beach. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The only negative were the pillows. One was too hard and the other too soft.
