This property and Staff were amazing.
We started off in a lovely room, but had very noisy upstairs neighbors so asked to be moved to a room without an upstairs,
The lovely lady at reception could not have been more accommodating for us ad moved us to a studio room.
All I can say is AMAZING service and AMAZING room.
It was so quiet, right in the middle of Hahndorf. Walking distance to everything. Beautiful l garden to look out at.
Thanks for an amazing stay and all your help to make our stay comfortable and quiet. Will be back for sure and will be booking the studio room.

Local council should be asked to clean area around toilets close by.

It was a small basic hotel, no issues but no bells and whistles. No staff is there after 6 pm so we had to arrange in advance to be able to pick up our keys.

The location is excellent and the rooms, for the price are pretty good value. Just one criticism - the bed we had was passed its used-by date - no innerspring left. Time to change!

Love the location which is right in Harndorf so easy to reach restaurants and other facilities
Great location and value. The bed was very comfortable and the room is a generous size
The shower is lacking pressure and therefore water, and the bathroom floors would benefit from a thorough tile and grout clean. The carpark area and surrounds would benefit from a tidy up

It is situated centrally in Hahndorf and is
very quiet and clean.
Only problem we encountered was key cards that were faulty leaving us locked out of our room twice with the second time when we were taking gear to our car so had to wait for reception to open as after hours number not being answered.
