Excellent location for what we wanted to see in Perth. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Close to restaurants and grocery. Room was well equipped with kitchen equipment. Would stay there again.

The Peninsular Serviced Apartments location is perfect for a stay in South Perth. Walking distance to all that is on offer. The view from the front rooms is superb. We were given a surprise upgrade to room 1 front ground floor. Very thankful indeed. Only down side is being ground floor the cars do block some of the beautiful view. My hope is to secure a first floor room on our next visit.

Had a lovely stay here, very comfy bed too. The location couldn’t be any better! The room we stayed in (14) was clean but needs updating, especially the bathroom which is very dated and tatty. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again

Absolutely fabulous location but we literally had no internet for the majority of our stay, when I finally complained they had an internet booster available which did the trick, but this just tells me they know there is an issue but only deal with it when you complain. A temporary issue, I’m sure, but there is a lot of construction both at the hotel and nearby so it’s noisy starting very early in the morning.

Televisions in both rooms were outdated with no internet for streaming. 1 tv was old but with internet and wouldnt connect .a booster was provided with no help to setup and and still didnt work. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Showers were very small and old.

Check in could have been better, I have stayed here a few times and I was told they haven’t got any record on the system. Documents not printed off and also staff member was taking a while to check in a guest before me which took forever with small talk etc

We had a good stay. Overall it’s decent although the furnishing is dated and requires some repair. Otherwise it’s a good apartment to stay due to its location. I will come back again.
