The Windsor Apartments and Hotel Brisbane was ideally located for our stay in Windsor. The one bedroom suite was very comfortable and spacious. It had a full kitchen and a washer/dryer set which was very handy.

I found the accommodation easily, check in at 11pm using their digital system super fast and easy to understand. Bed very comfortable and clean, modern bathroom and great sleep. I will book again when flight overseas is early. Thank you 🙏

Managers were friendly and accommodating, room was clean and modern. Keyless entry was great didn’t have to worry about having keys on us all the time and location is great.

The room was nothing like the photos advertised, the carpets had stains on them and the room smelt like vomit. The bedding was a very thin doona (even for a Brisbane winter) no extra blankets in the room. No table (as this was a work trip) to use, had to move TV to balance computer on a small side table to work. The neighbours were very noisy, coming in and out banging doors all night. Only stayed 1 night

For the price is it okay - you definitely would get better accommodation for the same price elsewhere. Convenient check in but the cleaning is quite poor. Cups and bathroom were dirty this time around.

We were a little nervous about the automated check in because we were arriving after hours, but anything we struggled with was sorted out by a quick call to the phone number on the door. We were only there for a night for my kids to fly out early the next morning. When the managers heard that we were a family, but we somehow ended up on separate floors, they quickly organised a 2 bedroom so that we could spend our last night together in one apartment. It made all the difference thank you xxx They also recommended places to eat which was less than a 10 min walk, and we were able to take some lovely family photos at the Instagram friendly burger bar. Great location if you are flying out of Brisbane early the next morning.

* very little supplies in the way of toilet paper, chux and garbage bags no tea towels for a 3 night stay
*very unfortunate that we had to pay for parking
*otherwise the room was lovely and close to shops restaurants and attractions

All in all was great place to stay. Enjoyed our stay while in Brisbane. Close to the city.
Just some little things like pillars and bigger pot for cooking otherwise enjoyed staying will come back

Nice modern & clean apartment although one of the kids had to sleep on a sofa as there were not enough beds for 7 as booked. I'm still haven't received my bond back a week later even though they sent me a receipt. I may have to initiate a transaction dispute which has soured what was otherwise a nice stay . There is a bit of noise coming from the traffic on Lutwyche Road . The access to the lift & rooms was all electronic codes that were texted to us it worked well but the lift did take off without us when loading luggage into it. I will update my review when I receive my bond .
