Great place to stay. Room spacious modern and very clean. The foyer smells amazing. Don’t know why. Couldn’t see diffuser but the perfume is welcoming.

Super friendly owners made sure our stay was enjoyable. The position of Waters Edge is very convenient with pubs and coffee shops all within a couple of minutes walk. Lock-up, undercover parking is a big bonus.

Not really worth the rather high price. An odd smell i the whole hotel, rooms and elevator. Too many signs in the hotel saying "do this..." or "don't do that..." You feel more of a child being corrected than a welcome guest

Entrance to the check-in desk is only by steps. Lift is only from the car park in the basement which makes it extremely difficult for a woman on her own to get her suitcase up the steps on arrival and back down the steps when leaving.

Broken slated blind in the bedroom and very dusty. Sleep sofas mattress was unbelievably lumpy. (I was told to make it up myself) Furniture very dated and maintenance on the balcony was lacking. BUT The location was fabulous. Parking was secure. The gardens and pool area were lovely 👍

Organize late check in, room was set on AC at 18. When entering, toilet seat was off it's brackets, informed receptionist Friday and asked for 2 extra pillows, did not get either request fixed.

They lost our request for twin beds, but managed to find us a twin room, said to be recently renovated, but taps leaked and furniture was old and tired. Room bore no resemblance to ad. Location was good and secure garage appreciated.
