We really enjoyed our stay at arte Hotel Salzburg. The hotel has a modern and stylish vibe, with spacious rooms that were clean, comfortable, and well-designed. We especially loved the large windows and stunning views of the city and surrounding mountains—it really added something special to our stay.
The location is super convenient, right next to the main train station and just a short walk or ride to the old town. It was the perfect base for exploring Salzburg.
The staff were friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed.
Overall, arte Hotel Salzburg was a great place to stay—modern, comfortable, and in a perfect spot. We’d definitely come back and recommend it to others!

I chose this hotel for the simple reason that it was right next to the Salzburg central train station. Plenty of bus lines that will take you everywhere, but do take the bus. Salzburg is a small town, but the hotel is a bit out of way from the central town where all the tourist sights and restaurants are located. Hotel itself was fine. Room was clean and quiet with a nice bed and shower.

Nice / Clean / Modern place very conveniently located within walking distance from train station and quite close to Mirabel gardens / and then Altstadt / old town. Area is safe and walkable. Staff nice and attentive. Rooms are updated and modern. If upper floor then view over town, which is welcome. Charging outlets sufficient and ok. Internet speed in rooms around 30-40 mbps , so very average. Breakfast served at 15th floor at very nice settings at top floor. Design is modem as well. Breakfast by itself is fine. All in all enjoyed my stay and even extended for 1 more day vs planned …. Recommend highly.

Rooms very small and drab, location close to train but nothing else, very sketch feeling area. I would not stay here again if in Salberg, I would try to stay closer to town which would still be walkable from train if needed

The location of this hotel was great. But it lacked some basic amenities in the room. There were no drinking cups and kettle in the room. The bed only came with 2 pillows instead of the usual 4 pillows at other hotels, and when I asked the front desk for an extra pillow, she said that they do not have extra pillows. I found this a little odd as how can a hotel not have extra pillows… and there was also a lack of hospitality service provided. It didnt feel like I was staying at a hotel. If not for the location, I would have given a lower rating.
