Castello Apartments

The food options were good, we really recommend Wild, the service was patient, prompt and kind to tourist. DO NOT go to Ramasuri!! I cannot comment on the food because we were completely ignored by the one waitress there. Other than that, make sure to ask every place if they take credit cards. Great apartment, beautiful, big windows

The bathroom was very clean. We enjoyed the closet. We also liked that there were 2 security checks to get inside the building. I would recommend staying here if you want to stay somewhere quiet with local bars nearby.

Avoid this property, do not stay here. In 20+ years of traveling these are the worst people I have ever encountered anywhere in the world. The apartment is a health and safety hazard and should be closed down. All windows are locked so no way of ventilating the property, the heating on MAXIMUM 24 hours a day, unable to breathe or sleep, they then lied about an engineer coming to fix the problem and then accused ME of lying about there radiator having a control valve, finished off by fabricating a photograph after I had left! They have refused any kind of modest compensation and refund, resulting in a court case. Terrible, horrible people who do not deserve your money. There are some lovely apartments run by lovely people in Vienna, this is not one of them.

They claimed I smoked in the apartment because they I left an empty coffee cup with cigarette butts in it. I never smoked in the apartment and used the cup because I don't litter on the street. I never smoked in the apartment, only at the entrance of the building. They claimed tenants complained about cigarette smoke but would not send me one complaint. I respect every hotel and apartment house rules.

We loved the apartment. It was very convieniently located. It was spotless, comfortable and loved the jacuzzi bath, walk in wardrobe and equipped kitchen. Only extras I’d ask for is extra pillows and towels. Apart from that we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.
