We mainly booked this hotel because of its close location to Schonbrun zoo and stayed one night. Our stay was so great and welcoming from the very moment we got out of the taxi to enter the hotel. Hotel staff, Aliz rushed to help with our bags and baby stroller. She was so great and we felt like we arrived into a home of our very close relative :) The hotel is super clean! Highly recommended!

Super convenient when needing a place to stay close to St. Josef Krankenhaus Wien. Bakeries and restaurants nearby are super convenient.
Only improvements would be:
* add a hot water kettle and coffee/tea option to the room to increase convenience.
* fix the safe in the room so it is actually working. I think ours was missing batteries for power.
* increase the size of the safe in the room, it isn't big enough to hold a laptop for business travellers.

Appreciated good location and delicious pastry at the breakfast, welcoming gentleman at the front desk. Unfortunately the bathtub is really small and water was leaking from it while I had a bath. And check-out time at 10am is unpleasantly early.

The hotel is out of the way, 15-20 min walk to the train station and not a lot going on around. I got a double bed room but only one pillow. Bath plug didn't work at all so could only have a shower. Very squeky bed.

The kindness and flexibility of the personnel at the front desk deserves a 5 star rate. I have traveled extensively around Europe and made a mistake in my booking, I arrived one day later. The manager granted me an extra night afterwards, so I could stay in Wien enough time and made up for the night I had initially lost.
Beautiful room and clean. A little bit off center but in a nice area and only a few blocks from the subway station, therefore it was very easy and comfortable to get to the center. I would book the same hotel next time.

This hotel is located outside of the city in a super quiet residential neighborhood. Parking was available and free on the street. The room was brightly colored and clean. Breakfast was typical European fare with a few special cheeses and meats added in.
