Hilton Garden Inn Innsbruck Tivoli

The hotel and amenities were pretty standard - clean and fairly comfortable, but out of date. We were there during a heat wave and the air conditioning could not keep up. The pet fee of $40 per night was absolutely absurd. The location is okay - it's right across the street from the Olympic complex. Not a ton of food options, but with the free public transit pass it's a short journey to central Innsbruck. The train station is close by car, but I would not call it walking distance, at least not with luggage. We booked late and our options were limited, which is why we stayed here. I would certainly come back to Innsbruck, but I would not stay here again.

Great stay

Our bathroom smelled like raw sewage for the entire stay. The staff said they called in a technician but the issue was never fixed and we could not move rooms. It's really a problem - avoid rooms on the first floor if possible. My roommate and I were sick with mold allergies.

Only stayed for one night but would love to come back again, really clean rooms and friendly and helpful staff. Great location and great amenities!!

Modern and great hotel. Only a 25 minute walk into the old town and easy to get to. The dog fee was €40 which was expensive and dogs weren’t allowed in the breakfast room, just the balcony. Would still recommend

Lovely hotel with comfy rooms and good service. A little bit far out if you have children with little legs but if you stay 2 nights they give transport pass.

Design of building is unique. Easy to spot and in a location not to far from the centre of Innsbruck.

Excellent check in experience the assistant FO manager was superb . Gave us bus passes for our stay plus ideas on what to do . Negatives , housekeeping quality was horrid next day , sheet just dumped on bed , glasses and cups not cleaned , floor not swept / vacuumed . Reached back early evening on Sunday . Resteraunt was closed . Could not use foodora as cannot verify an international number . Receptionist asked to to keep trying instead of ordering for us and taking money .

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. The staff was welcoming. Sorry to criticise, but the room was noisy due to the traffic outside. The hotel is also far from main station. During new year's eve, the heating was not working and we couldn't take shower. There is also no stilled water provided (and they sell a bottle of water for 3-4 EUR).

The Hotel is great but far from town. Maybe not in Summer it would be better but during winter, it is not a great walk to anywhere. If you have a car, this is the place. Breakfast is good, place is clean and spacious

Chambre confortable, la clim ne fonctionnait pas tres bien on a eu un peut chaud. Salle de sport et sauna au dernier etage au top. Tres bon petit dejeuner et personel tres amical. Je recommande.

Angenehmes und sauberes Zimmer, allerdings mit Bevormundung bei der Klimatisierung. Die Klimaanlage ist offenbar zentral gesteuert und lässt keine Kühlung zu, wenn bestimmte Außentemperaturen herrschen. Es werden sämtliche Temperatureingaben ignoriert, die sogar an der Steuerung unter 10 Grad reichen. Dafür ist die Anlage auf unterster Lüfterstufe bereits tosend laut, ohne jeglichen, kühlenden bzw. entfeuchtenden Effekt. Ich lasse mich ungern bei der Klimatisierung derart bevormunden und erwarte hier ein freie Regelung durch den Gast, insbesondere im Sommer. Das Frühstück war nur Durchschnitt bei der Auswahl ohne Überraschungen. Dazu kam, dass die für eine Reisegruppe reservierten Plätze nicht von der Reisegruppe genutzt wurden, sondern der reguläre Raum füllte sich. Das Buffetareal ist für meinen Geschmack viel zu klein bemessen für ein Haus dieser Größe. Man steht sich sprichwörtlich gegenseitig auf den Füßen. Insgesamt leider nur eine durchschnittliche Erfahrung in einem Hilton Hotel.

Werde Hundebesitzern vom Hotel abraten. 40€ pro Nacht sind Wucher. Bezahlt man ansonsten nirgends.
