Am Konzerthaus hotel, is located very close to the shopping district. The hotel upgraded us and everything in the mini bar was on the house. They also refill items in the mini bar. Mini bar had much food and drinks; including beers. Thank you! The outside of the hotel is not much to appreciate it inside is pretty glamorous. My daughter loved it.

Don’t be afraid to ask the staff for more info on the city, and where to eat, they had good recommendations. The rooms were spacious and overall a pleasant stay oh and if there into the fancy stuff there’s a Michelin star restaurant next door.

The hotel is in an excellent location to walk into town and also to the railway station. Al the staff was brilliant overall I would definitely recommend this to anyone

Hotel and staff excellent in both cleanliness and helpfulness, breakfast had plenty of options and made to order if requested. The only suggestion would be the set menu for evening dining is quite limited and although cooked well should add more choice.

Nice hotel; our room was on the first floor and very noisy in the morning! on our third night there were work/digging on the street that made it imposable to sleep, at midnight I found out that that work will be all night long so they moved us to a courtyard room in the back of the hotel that was quite and also bigger!

Superb hotel, specially the Michelin Star restaurant.

The hotel is right by Stadtpark metro station so it is an easy walk to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It rained most of the time I was in Vienna - I did bring an umbrella but not strong enough for the winds. The hotel provided me with a sturdy umbrella to use throughout the 5 days I was there. The breakfast is wonderful. The have fruits, cheeses, breads, a yogurt station. And a hot station with scrambled eggs, apple strudel , bacon, sausage and hashbrowns. There is also a chef that will make you omelets or pancakes! I love how close it is to the Belvedere Museum (which is a must-go) and many other places (Stephansplatz shopping strip and restaurants). The hotel also provides you with two bottles of water daily, which is a nice added touch. When I checked out, they gave me a small gift which was such a nice treat. Thank you! (See first photo of chocolate) Smallest complaint is the scuff marks on the walls in my actual hotel room. Past patrons have really scuffed it up.

Check-in was a bit slow and wake-up call didn’t happen as requested for my early flight—when I asked the concierge in the morning they had no idea it was scheduled. Restaurant prices were steep—a simple cup of coffee cost €7. The overall experience was enjoyable thanks to the hotel’s unique atmosphere and convenient location.

Great place to stay. Quiet and decent location close to sites and public transit. Gym was nice too. I enjoyed my stay. No complaints.

Good area but floor not clean in bedroom, missed face towels,coffee & milk some days, noisy in the morning bumps & bangs & the sound of furniture being moved around.
