Really nice very comfortable bed Quiet good location for the train Your staff is incredible especially at the font desk. I want to single out Luca and Roxanne Your rooms could use a coffeemaker And the house cleaner should know before entering!

I loved the unique loft bed!

Very loud people just hanging around outside and smoking. Did not feel safe coming and going at night as a single female. Also, mattresses were so firm it felt like sleeping on a carpeted floor in the airport.

The location is convenient, just a few minutes from the Central train station. However, under the disguise of minimalist design, the hotel is lacking many basic things. With the exception of the bed all other furniture is incredibly uncomfortable, unpractical, very small in size and it should be in a kindergarten. There’s no telephone in the room, so if you need anything at all or in case of emergency, you need to get dressed and go to the reception in person. All foreign TV channels are listed but don’t work and there’s no mini fridge to put food, water or medication. When I told the receptionist that the website does not describe the rooms accurately, she told me to “ pay close attention to the pictures “ !!! The breakfast looked very average but at 23.00 Euros per person, you can do a lot better for a lot less.

They don’t give free water. Water at the lobby is expensive.

we loved this property! only about 5-10min walk from Munich Hbf. there’s a tram station just across the street to take us easy to the city center. great walkable dining options around the area and the lobby is a 24hr cafe/bar. breakfast was just okay, we didn’t think it was worth the €20-something cost. they have tap water with glasses available in the lobby since Vienna water is very clean. the room could be a bit more cleaner. also we couldn’t figure out the heater (it was too hot in our room) so we’d just open the window and even then the street is not as loud. overall, would love to stay here again!

A great hotel with character and a tram stop just outside to get to the first district!

Room was good enough. Decoration was a bit juvenile. A major inconvenience for us was that, in the room next door a grown-up man yelled and cried for several hours starting around midnight. Perhaps he was drunk or was having an emotional breakdown. Ideally Expedia would try to make up for this. As the hotel doesn't have a real front desk for you to report. This is a big problem. Breakfast was excellent!

Like the vibe. Very like the Moxy out at the airport but cheaper. Misleading in relation to airport transfer or so I felt but in truth pick up point for airport bus very near. Directions not so great. Out of hotel and left and just straight ahead past Motel one on your left snd then part police on left dvd then just ahead on right.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The breakfast was fantastic with a variety of choices and excellent bread. The room was clean and spacious. The location was very convenient with a few minutes walk from the central station.

Mostly everything was nice, breakfast was especially nice with Good coffee and orange juice. Bed and pillows were too soft to our liking.

I love the ambiance of this hotel. Very cutesy and the staff are so nice and helpful. The hotel is walking distance from the train station. It's a good option when you don't want to be away from the airport.

Value for the money. Clean. Comfortable. Had a restful sleep. Do not select the room with a loft bed if you’re an elderly. Will stay here again and will recommend to families and friends.

Room was well laid out, shower had ample hot water and excellent pressure. Bed was comfortable. Blackout curtains. It does have one small round table, which worked fine for my needs, but if you are needing a desk this may not be sufficient. I had booked a room for one person so it suited everything I needed for a brief tonight stay. All staff at the front desk/bar were very friendly and helpful. excellent location close to HBF station which is also a stop on one of the hop on hop off bus routes. Only negative was that it advertises as air conditioning in the rooms. My room was hot and when I asked an employee downstairs, she mentioned it’s an air cooling system and it’s not turned on. She gets complaints all the time and the company is aware. She came up to unlock my windows so I could open it up fully for ventilation, only downside was then the room was noisy from outside traffic. This solution worked well to cool out the room, but then I would have to close the window at night in order to sleep.

Good hotel for the money. Very friendly staff.
